Using the %servertype Variable

The %servertype variable is initialized to a numeric value representing the type of server that Robo-FTP automatically detects after logging on.

The following server types may be set in this variable.

The examples of directory listings from each server type are shown below. Robo-FTP parses the directory listing from the server looking for identifying characteristics of each in order to automatically select the server type.
